nettmy 'misplacing stuff' has gone through the roof, I've totally gone insane with this I swear...

monotonehell) came over to borrow my pagemaker cd, and I couldnt' find it ANYWHERE, and yet I had had it the day before and had put it somewhere I thought I would remember it...
COULDN'T find it ANYWHERE!!!
then last night I'm reading a book, and my bro comes in so I stop reading it, we have dinner, I do a few things online, we watch memento and then he and his friend go off to bed and I think I'll read for a bit longer...
an hour and a half later I STILL can't find the book!!
I ended up going to bed, not being able to sleep, and then getting up and completely turning my room upside down - unpacking everything I'd packed for the week to go home - and finding it anotehr half an hour later!!
GAH!!
